Enhanced Cleaning
West London Homes has always had cleanliness as central to its offering. We are red-hot on this aspect of our business. Every two weeks, we clean all communal areas from top to bottom to ensure your home is not only somewhere that you look forward to coming home to at night, but is also safe and secure. It is every tenant’s responsibility, though, to ensure that their home is at the high standard they demand.
House Rules
The goal is always to have a great home to live in. While many of us are working from home, this also means a great place to work in. We all have to use common sense regarding noise, cleaning up, tidiness and guests. Non professional behaviour is not tolerated. There is an anti-social behaviour clause in the AST that is designed to protect everyone, including you. There is a strict no-smoking and no drugs policy.
Maintenance and Repairs
We place a top priority on making sure you’re not hanging about for repairs to happen. You can report any issues via your app. Our in-house team will get working on it straight away and keep you updated on progress.
Tenancy Agreement
When you join West London Homes, you will have an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (‘AST’). The standard minimum term is six months. After the minimum term, your agreement moves to a monthly rolling agreement.

Broadly speaking, professionals. A large percentage work for many of the big corporates in the local area, for example GSK, BP, British Airways and other airlines, Heathrow Airport and companies that support Heathrow as well as Government organisations like the NHS, Police and Schools.
Many are IT contractors who need somewhere for 3 or 6 months for a specific project they are working on. We have worked extensively with the likes of Wipro, Cap Gemini and other IT services firms and are very aware of the requirements.
